RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to LODA – The Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. The right of withdrawal begins to run from the day you received the item. The product needs to be returned in an unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit.

To return an order:
– Send us an email at contact@phy89.com and include
– Order number (can be found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or on the invoice)
– Your name and contact information
– Quantity and name of the products desired returned

Phylon confirms that the return is allowed and sends a return slip. The customer is responsible for handing in the goods to the nearest agent without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days. It is important that the products are packaged in such a way that they are protected during transport. We recommend that you pack your return in the same way as when the products were delivered to you. In the event that you have packaged or packaged products in a substandard manner and the product is damaged during transport to Phylon, you as a customer are also responsible for the damage.

SEVEN DAYS EXCHANGE RIGHTS
You have the right to change product for seven days from the time the product is delivered to you. When exchanging, you get the value of the products you return. Costs that you had for shipping or other service performed are not reimbursed in connection with the right of exchange.

Should the value of the products you ordered exceed your credit balance, you must pay the difference to Phylon. In the event that the value of the products being repurchased is less than the value of the products ordered in connection with the exchange, you will be offered other goods of equivalent value. Any return shipping is paid for by the customer. In the event of complaints, Phylon is responsible for the return shipping. We have favorable shipping agreements and can offer subsidized shipping if you contact us before returning goods.

RECLAIM
If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@phy89.com

The right of complaint also covers errors that have occurred during transport. Describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we can not solve the problem, you will ofcourse get a new one.

In the event of a dispute, we follow Allmänna reklamationsnämndens recommendations. Errors that have occurred due to damage caused by the customer are not counted as original errors.
